Sammy Jo was introduced to grant writing her junior year of college. She has worked as a grant writing intern for two non-profits in Austin, Texas: Austin Bat Cave and Foundation Communities. She currently works as the Grant Writer for City of Brownsville. A sample of her work is included below.
